Please follow these 5 simple rules for the IceMen Fan Forum:

1. Do not spam. You know what spamming is. Don't do it.

2. Be positive. Don't curse, and don't attempt to use spaces or punctuation marks to out-smart the curse-word filter. (If they can't say it on prime-time network television, don't say it here.) Don't personally attack other posters, and definitely don't use slurs. Avoid blatant or repeated negativity about the league, team, and other people. This is intended to be a fun place for fans to discuss things, and excessive negativity will not be tolerated. Nobody is expected to be happy about every single development over the course of the season, but it's pretty easy to tell the difference between a fan and someone who's just here to stir the pot. If you're the latter, don't even bother because you'll find yourself banned in short order.

3. This isn't school, but please make an attempt to present yourself as an intelligent person. Things like excessive "txt spk" and generally bad spelling/grammar are frowned upon, and often lead others to discount or completely ignore what you're saying. You're posting here because you want to take part in the discussions, so please do so in a way that invites others to converse intelligently with you.

4. Use common sense and consideration when posting images. If you have an image that you want to post, you can upload it to ImageShack and then post it. Please don't post extremely large images that will distort the forum, and obviously, don't post anything crude or pornographic.

5. In general, avoid discussion about religious and political issues. You will rarely be able to say anything to change someone else's opinion about said issues, so why bother?

I will keep an eye on things and take action as necessary. I can close or delete posts and I can warn or ban any member; what I do will depend on the situation. Administrative actions will not necessarily be limited only to violation of the rules posted here; the rules can be expanded and any disruptive behavior will be dealt with promptly. Bottom Line: The IceMen Fan Forum is intended to be a fun place for IceMen fans to mingle online. As long as everyone exercises common sense, it should remain a fun place. I'll do whatever it takes to make sure that happens. Thanks for posting!
