Hey, did anyone notice that Ryan is not on the roster for the new Blizzard. Anyone heard anything from him? I can't believe that I'm just curious if it is a typo or what. Could you imagine Sexy and Brooks on the same roster. Would be no more questions about toughness in Evansville!

Brooks has asked me twice about this subject and I wanted to get everyones opinion. He believes it would be awesome and help get the team fired up if we started cheering loud during the national anthem like they do at Blackhawks games. After playing just once in a 10-day span, things will now get real busy real quick for the IceMen. The stretch of 4 games in 5 days begins with a home game against Madison on Wednesday (7 PM), and continues with an afternoon rematch in Madison on Thursday (New Year's Eve). Then on Friday (New Year's Day), Chi-Town returns to Evansville for a special 5 PM matinee. Finally, following a rare Saturday off, the IceMen and Shooters will clash again up in Dyer on Sunday afternoon.

In case some of you were wondering, no I haven't boycotted my boys! Some of you may remember me complain at certain times over the last year about computer problems. Well, it finally came to a head and I had to have my computer totally rebuilt. Can you say ouch $$$$! Come to find out I've had a bad motherboard all along. If only I'd know that in the beginning when I first bought the sucker...

Anyway, I have a NEW computer now and so far it's working like a champ...

The Blaze are dead, the Hitmen are now the Blizzard, Chip is the new Prez, and we still don't have an updated schedule...but we do know that the IceMen and Shooters will meet again this weekend, for a pair of games at Swonder. Friday's game is at 7, and Saturday's re-match is at 7:45. The Saturday game will feature a Toys For Tots toy drive, and we'll be celebrating Christmas with the IceMen. At 7 PM on Friday night, December 11th, the IceMen and Shooters will once again square off at Swonder!

No big promotion, no game-night sponsor, no Teddy Bear Toss or anything like that...just 2 teams that hate each other duking it out on the ice, with 1000 crazy IceMen Maniacs...
